OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro will get Snapdragon 888 processor, camera sampled share

OnePlus 9 and OnePlus 9 Pro will be equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset, both OnePlus and Qualcomm have confirmed this on Twitter. The company has also launched a dedicated store app in North America and Canada to allow customers to pre-order upcoming phones. An app named OnePlus Store is available for download on Google Play. The company has also posted some samples taken from the series’ phone cameras from its Twitter account. For the past few years, the company has been continuously promoting its partnership with Hasselblad and camera samples are being shared for the day.

Both OnePlus and Qualcomm have tweeted to confirm the presence of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset on the OnePlus 9 Series. It has been rumored for some time that both these phones will come with the same chipset and will be the latest Snapdragon 888 chipset, but now the company has confirmed the processor, keeping the rumors afloat. Other competitors including Asus, Realme and Xiaomi have already launched their flagship based on Snapdragon 888 chipset.

Apart from confirming the Snapdragon 888 chipset, OnePlus has also shared some camera samples of the OnePlus 9 series. These samples show the amazing Hasselblad camera available on upcoming phones. Last week, the company shared initial camera samples that showed the landscape photography of the new OnePlus phone.

OnePlus 9 Series is to be launched on 23 March. The series is expected to include three phones – OnePlus 9, OnePlus 9 Pro and OnePlus 9E / OnePlus 9R. With these three new smartphones, the company can also introduce OnePlus Watch.
