OnePlus 9 claims to be launched in March next year

OnePlus 9 can be launched after six months. This claim has been made in a latest report. Regarding the upgrade of OnePlus 8, it has been claimed that the phone will be introduced in March next year. The OnePlus 8 series was launched in April this year and if the claim regarding the launch time of OnePlus 9 proves to be true, then the phone could arrive a month before the launch time of its current flagship series. So far, OnePlus has not shared what the company will call its upcoming flagship smartphone and when it will be launched.

Android Central has cited sources in its report that OnePlus 9 may be released by mid-March. The report states that the company will host an event around mid-March, but it is unclear whether it will be virtual or not. OnePlus has not yet shared when the company is planning to launch its next smartphone or this phone will be launched under the name. In this case, it would be better to understand this claim as a leak.

OnePlus launched the OnePlus 8 series in April and six months later moved the series forward with the OnePlus 8T. OnePlus 9 may include some features such as OnePlus 8T’s 65 watt fast charging and 120Hz refresh rate display panel.

Recently, a tipster said that the codename of OnePlus 9 will be ‘Lemonade’. Last month, it was reported that the phone’s codenames could be lemonade, lemonadep, lemonadept and lemonadev. This shows that the phone can have four variants.

The OnePlus 8T is the company’s latest phone and works on the Snapdragon 865 processor, features a quad rear camera setup, a hole-punch design for the selfie camera, and a 4,500mAh battery.
