OnePlus 9 series may be listed on Geekbench, equipped with Snapdragon 875 processor

The new model of OnePlus 9 series is reportedly listed on Geekbench. This listing comes with the model number LuBan LE2117 and is associated with the model number OnePlus 9 Series. It is believed that it may be OnePlus 9 or OnePlus 9 Pro smartphone, but at this time no official confirmation can be made in this regard. The OnePlus 9 series could be launched next year and if the company offers the phone as per its traditional launch, then this launch event may be held in May 2021.

This phone of OnePlus 9 series is listed on Geekbench with model number LuBan LE2117. Assuming an old leak, the OnePlus 9 phone will be available with model numbers LE2110, LE2117 and LE2119, while the OnePlus 9 Pro is in progress with model numbers LE2120 and LE2127. However, the same source had earlier informed that the OnePlus 9 will be available with model number LE2110 and OnePlus 9 Pro with model numbers LE2117, LE2119 and LE2120. So at this time it is not clear what these phones will be.

However, it is clear that the model number LE2117 is related to the upcoming OnePlus flagship series, but whether it is connected to OnePlus 9 or OnePlus 9 Pro is not clear at the moment. It is also found in the listing that OnePlus 9 series will work with Android 11.

The Geekbench listings also indicate that the OnePlus 9 series phone will be equipped with a ‘lahaina’ codename processor. Weibo user has analyzed this benchmark listing and claimed that it is Snapdragon 875 processor. This chipset is an octa-core processor, with a base frequency of 1.80GHz. This phone of OnePlus 9 series is also listed with 8 GB RAM. The single-core score of the phone is 1,122 and the multi-core score is 2,733.

Previous reports have revealed that the OnePlus 9 series phone will come with a 144 Hz display, which will have an in-between hole-punch cutout. Apart from this, this phone will come with IP68 certified build, which will have NFC support and dual stereo speaker support. In addition, 65 watt fast wired and 40 watt wireless charging technology will be provided in this phone.
