OnePlus can launch its cheapest smartphone, claims to be priced below Rs 18,000

The OnePlus Nord was the company’s first mid-range smartphone after a long time, which was launched in July this year. Although it was the company’s 5G mid-range smartphone, but assuming the latest leaks, now the company is preparing to launch its next affordable smartphone which will be a 4G device. A tipster has claimed that the company can launch this device in the next month i.e. September, which will be equipped with Snapdragon 662/665 processor. Not only this, Tipster also informed that before OnePlus, OPPO is planning to launch its new smartphone in India with OPPO Snapdragon 662 processor, which will cost less than Rs 20,000.

A tipsster named Chun (@ Boby25846908) took to Twitter The leak Shared, which was first reported by Gizmochina. Tipster tweeted that OPPO is about to launch its new smartphone in early September, which will be equipped with Snapdragon 663 processor. The price of this phone will be less than Rs 20,000 in India. Giving further information, Tipster also told that OnePlus will launch a new affordable smartphone by the end of September, which will be equipped with Snapdragon 662/665 processor. It will cost between 16,000 and 18,000 rupees in India.

If this leak proves true and OnePlus launches smartphone in this price range, then it will be the cheapest smartphone of the company which can attract more customers.

It is worth noting that in the latest version of OxygenOS 10.5 of OnePlus Nord, XDA Developers had obtained some codes, which were pointing towards the upcoming phone. The codename of this phone was “Billie”. At the same time, the ‘Billie’ codename has also appeared in the Geekbench listing, in which it was revealed that this unknown OnePlus phone will be equipped with Snapdragon 690 5G processor. In addition, Max J (@MaxJmb) has conceived two upcoming budget smartphones from OnePlus in partnership with Concept Creator. These two phones were codenamed ‘Billie 1’ and ‘Billie 2’.
