OnePlus Nord is getting reset automatically, users claim

According to several user posts on the OnePlus forum, the OnePlus Nord smartphone is getting a factory reset on its own. This problem is not limited to a specific version, but rather it resets arbitrarily. Many affected users have complained through the forum post that their OnePlus Nord handset suddenly starts heating up in a pocket. Upon checking the users, it is found that their phone is getting factory reset automatically. As a result, after the smartphone reset, users have lost all their data.

As we mentioned, many users informed about this unwanted factory reset problem through OnePlus forum. On August 14, the user informed that after the unwanted factory reset, all his data was deleted, which included all the apps and settings etc. Another user made a similar complaint, stating that after the phone reset all the data of his phone was deleted, including the downloaded music and messages. Recently on Sunday, a user repeated the same complaint again.

Let me tell you, the factory reset problem is not limited to any particular firmware version yet. At the same time, company staff members have reached the users regarding this problem, but till now there is no news of the problem being fixed. In its report, Android Police gave information that OnePlus is working on improving the problem.
