Play launches ‘affordable’ earphones, know price and features

Micromax co-founder Vikas Jain’s tech brand Play launched two audio devices on Friday, the PlayGo N82 and PlayGo T20. While there are Playgo N82 Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) wireless neckband-style earbuds, there are Playgo T20 in-ear Truly Wireless (True Wireless Stereo) earbuds, which come with Environmental Noise Reduction (ENR). Both these audio devices come with a water-resistant build and deliver a playback time of up to 16 hours on a single charge. Play has chosen actor and producer Sonu Sood to promote the new launch.

PlayGo N82, PlayGo T20 price in India

The Playgo N82 neckband earbuds are priced at Rs 2,999, while the PlayGo T20 TWS earbuds are priced at Rs 1,999. Both of these are available for purchase on Play’s website as well as Amazon and Flipkart.

PlayGo N82 specifications

The Playgo N82 earbuds come with 13mm audio drivers, paired with dual switchable equalizers. Apart from this, it has three buttons for controlling audio, receiving and rejecting calls and activating the voice engine. It also has a built-in microphone for audio input. These earbuds come with a magnetic design and have an IPX5 rated build for water and swat resistance.

Bluetooth v5.0 has been given in PlayGo N82 for connectivity. Apart from this, it has a battery that provides up to 16 hours of playback. Also, it has a button for active noise cancellation.

PlayGo T20 specifications

Unlike the Playgo N82, the Playgo T20 is the brand’s latest TWS earbuds, which come with proprietary audio drivers and ENRs. This earbuds have a microphone, which has been claimed to deliver HD call quality with noise reduction and echo cancellation.

Like TWS Eyebuds on the market, the brand claims that the Auto-Connect feature has been given in the Playgo T20. Apart from this, it has Bluetooth V5.0 support. It has been claimed about the battery that these earbuds provide up to 5 hours of battery life on a single charge. While the playback time increases to 11 hours with the charging case. That is, these earbuds provide you a battery life of up to 16 hours.
