Redmi 9i can be launched soon in India

Redmi 9i could be the next budget smartphone of the Xiaomi brand in the Indian market. This will be the third phone of the company’s Redmi 9 series. Earlier Redmi 9 Prime and Redmi 9 have been launched. Let us know that the Redmi 9 Prime handset was an incarnation of the global variant of Redmi 9. At the same time, the recently launched Redmi 9 handset actually turned out to be a slightly altered avatar of Redmi 9C introduced in Malaysia. It is now being speculated that the Redmi 9i smartphone launched in India will actually be the incarnation of Redmi 9A introduced in Malaysia.

According to Pricebaba’s report, the Redmi 9i handset will indeed be the rebranded avatar of Redmi 9A. This phone will soon be brought to market in India. It will have two variants – 4 GB + 64 GB and 4 GB + 128 GB. It will have three color variants – Nature Green, Sea Blue and Midnight Black. Apart from this, no further information is available right now.

Xiaomi launched Redmi 9 Prime earlier this month. This was a rebranded version of Redmi 9 launched in Spain in June. After this Redmi 9 was launched on 27 August. It turned out to be a slightly altered avatar of the Redmi 9C introduced in Malaysia in June.

During the Malaysia launch event, the company launched the Redmi 9A budget handset in India. This is the only handset in the Redmi 9 series that has not reached India yet. Now it is being speculated that it will come in the name of Redmi 9i.

If this claim proves true and we can guess the specification of Redmi 9i.

Redmi 9i specifications (expected)

Dual-SIM Redmi 9i will run on MIUI 11 based on Android 10. It will have a 6.53-inch HD + (720×1,600 pixels) LCD display, Helio G25 processor, 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage.

It will come with a single rear camera of 13 megapixels. The battery of Redmi 9i will be 5,000 mAh and it will support 10 W fast charging.
