Redmi K30 5G model can be launched in India

The Redmi K30 5G smartphone along with Redmi K30 was launched in China last year. At the same time, Redmi K30 5G Racing Edition has also been launched in China in May. However, the Redmi K30 was launched in India as POCO X2, which is launched in February this year. However, since the latest report came out, it can be guessed that its 5G variants can also be knocked in India soon. In the latest report, information about Bharat RAM and storage variants of 30 5G phones of Redmi has been given. It has also been reported that it can be launched in India with two color variants.

The Pricebaba report, citing Tipster Ishaan Aggarwal, informs that the Redmi K30 5G smartphone may soon be launched in India. According to the report, this phone will launch in India with Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G processor. This will be Redmi’s first 5G smartphone to be launched in India. Apart from this, Tipster claims that the phone can be offered in Frost White and Mist Purple color options in India. However, Redmi’s 30 5G smartphone was launched in China in Deep Sea Light, Time Monologue, Flower Shadow, Purple Z Fantasy Color. Also, the report also states that the RAM and storage variants of this phone in India will be available in 6 GB + 64 GB, 6 GB + 128 GB and 8 GB + 128 GB. The 8 GB + 256 GB model of the phone was also introduced in China, but according to the report this variant will not be introduced in India.

Redmi K30 5G Racing Edition specifications

Redmi’s 30 dual-sim smartphones will run on MIUI 11 based on Android 10. It has a 6.67-inch full-HD + (1080×2400 pixels) hole-punch display. Aspect ratio is 20: 9 and it is equipped with 91 percent screen to body ratio. The phone has Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection and is equipped with a 120 Hz refresh rate. The Snapdragon 765G processor has been used in the 5G variant of the smartphone and the 4G variant comes with the Snapdragon 735G processor. There are three options for inbuilt storage – 64 GB, 128 GB and 256 GB. Both phones also have support for microSD cards up to 256 GB.

Redmi K30 is equipped with four rear cameras. The camera module is in vertical position. But the edge of the camera setup is ring in circular shape. There is a 64 megapixel Sony IMX686 sensor on the back side. Its aperture is F / 1.89. It has a 5 megapixel macro lens, a 2 megapixel depth sensor and an 8 megapixel sensor with 120 degree wide angle. The phone has Mimoji, Super Night Scene mode, RAW format support and other AI features. The 4G variant has a 2-megapixel sensor instead of a 5-megapixel macro camera.

The Redmi K30 5G comes with a dual selfie camera. They have got a place at the top on the right edge of the display. There is a 20-megapixel primary sensor and a 2-megapixel depth sensor.

Redmi’s 30 5G has a fingerprint sensor on the side. The battery is 4,500 mAh and it supports 30 W fast charging. Connectivity features include NFC, 5G GPS, USB Type-C port and 3.5mm audio jack. The phone supports high-res audio.
