The Samsung Galaxy M12 moniker with the model numbers SM-M127F / DS, SM-F127G / DS and SM-M127F / DSN has been given in the Bluetooth SIG listing. The SM-F127G / DS model number indicates that this phone can also be launched in some areas as the Samsung Galaxy F12. The listing has revealed that these models will come with Bluetooth 5.0 support.
The Wi-Fi Alliance listing comes with the model number SM-M127F / DS and there are indications that the phone will come with Android 11 out-of-the-box. Although, this listing does not reveal much information about the phone, but this phone has received 2.4GHz Wi-Fi certification.
The information on the Bluetooth SIG and Wi-Fi Alliance listings was first made public by MySmartPrice, which has also been independently verified by Gadgets 360.
The alleged renders of the Samsung Galaxy M12 were leaked online early last month, including side-mounted fingerprint sensors, square camera modules with multiple sensors, texture panels, etc. Apart from this, USB Type-C port, 3.5mm headphone jack and speaker grill were present on the bottom of the phone. The Galaxy M12 was seen in the Nokia design renders for the selfie camera. This phone matches the Samsung Galaxy A42 5G, which was launched in September.
The Samsung Galaxy M12 smartphone can knock with a 6.7-inch display and a 7,000 mAh battery. At the moment, Samsung has not made public any official information about this phone. But it is believed that it will be introduced in early 2021.
