Samsung Galaxy S20 FE gets new update, touchscreen issue improved

Samsung Galaxy S20 FE users have received a new update, which has brought ‘stability’ to the touchscreen. Let us tell you, many users have complained about the problem of touch, scrolling and zoom with this smartphone. After which Samsung has released this new update keeping these complaints in mind, which has brought improvements in the touchscreen. However, some users say that the problem that comes with the handset may be related to hardware and not software.

A user has responded to a reddit thread complaining of a touchscreen problem associated with the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE. The user has shared a screenshot of receiving the update, which has improved the above problem. Reddit users say that the stuttering problem has reduced after installing the update, but it has not been completely fixed. Users reported that they received an update ending with ATJ1 / ATK1. Even after that the problem with scrolling still exists, but still a little less. It still fails the touchscreen test, but zooming has fixed the problem to some extent.

According to the screenshot shared by the user, this latest update of Samsung Galaxy S20 FE has come with the build number G781BXXU1ATK1. It is known in the changelog that this update has brought improvements in touchscreen stability. Apart from this, this update is equipped with November 2020 Android Security Patch and the size of this update is reportedly 202.34MB.

Users claim that this is not the first update that has been released to improve the problem. Previously, the company has released two updates, which were introduced to rectify the problem, but the company failed to offer a complete fix. After receiving the latest update, some users claim that the touchscreen problem that comes with the smartphone may be related to hardware, not something that can be fully fixed with software updates.
