The user who claimed the explosion in the OnePlus Nord 2 5G will get a refund!

Another case of a sudden explosion has come to light in the OnePlus Nord 2 5G, whose user has claimed serious injuries. The company has also confirmed the investment in this matter. Now a recent report claims that OnePlus has issued a refund and is also ready to pay the medical expenses of the victim. This is not the first incident when the OnePlus Nord 2 5G has been claimed to have exploded. Such cases had come to the fore in the past as well. Regarding the latest incident, it is claimed that it seriously scorched the user.

Citing the victim, MySmartPrice reports that OnePlus has issued a refund for the blast and has assured to take care of the user’s medical expenses. It is being told that the operational head of the company is also in touch with the victim for help.

However, OnePlus has not yet confirmed any details regarding this matter. The user who reported the incident on Twitter also did not share any update on compensation. However, he had earlier mentioned that the company was in constant touch and working on the matter.

OnePlus Nord 2 5G was launched in India and global markets in July. A few weeks after the launch of this smartphone, a user had alleged that it exploded within a few days of buying the phone. The company responded in that case stating that the loss was due to an isolated incident involving external factors and not the product manufacturing and any other reason.

After this, another OnePlus Nord 2 5G user also alleged that the phone exploded in his lawyer’s coat. In that case, OnePlus itself sent a legal notice to the user and claimed that all this was done to harm his image. After the new case, once again the concerns of the users of OnePlus Nord 2 5G have increased.
