Xiaomi may launch QLED 4K TV, Mi TV 5 Pro likely in India on December 16

After the recently teased with the tagline ‘Quantum Leaps Ahead’, Xiaomi has finally confirmed the launch of new 4K QLED TV in India. This launch will be done on 16 December. Mi India has shared a post through its Twitter handle, in which the company has confirmed the new product launch, along with the company has also made the date and time information in the announcement public. Although the name of the product has not been given in the post, it is believed that it could be Mi TV 5 Pro, which was launched in China last year. Quantum-dot LED display was given in this TV.

Mi TV 5 Pro price and specifications

Mi TV 5 Pro was launched in China on November 2019. This TV came in 55 inch, 65 inch and 75 inch screen sizes. The price of Mi TV 5 Pro starts at 3,699 Chinese Yuan (about Rs 41,700).

The 55 inch variant of Mi TV 5 Pro in India can be priced at Rs 49,999. Apart from this, HDR support can be found in this TV. At the same time, TV launched in India can work on Android TV, in which patchwall launcher can also be found.

Mi TV 5 Pro has 4 GB RAM and 64 GB storage, which is much higher than what is offered on the most premium smart TVs in India. It will be the most premium television launched by Xiaomi in India and will be much higher than the Mi TV 4X series, which is currently the most expensive TV series in India.
