Xiaomi Mi 11 competes with Google Pixel 5 and Samsung Galaxy Note 20 in DxOMark’s camera review

The DxOMark camera review of Xiaomi Mi 11 has been revealed. Xiaomi Mi 11 has scored on par with Google Pixel 5, Exynos based Samsung Galaxy Note 20 and Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G in the camera field. The camera of Xiaomi smartphone has been highly appreciated in the category of Best Texture and Low-Noise Performance. Xiaomi Mi 11 has triple rear camera setup. It has a 108-megapixel primary sensor. The main camera is supported by a 13 megapixel secondary ultra wide angle sensor. Along with this, there is a 5 megapixel macro lens as the third camera.

According to DxOMark’s smartphone camera rankings, the Mi 11 has received 120 points in camera performance in total. Samsung Galaxy Note 20 (Exynos), Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G (Exynos) and Google Pixel 5 have also scored similar point numbers. The iPhone 11 and Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro 5G have scored 119 points and 118 points respectively. The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G (Exynos) has scored 121 points along with Huawei Mate 30 Pro. With this, both these phones are placed above the Mi 11 in the list. The iPhone 12 mini and iPhone 12 have scored at par with 122 points.

Talking about the camera review of the Mi 11, its color performance is quite good. The camera of the Mi 11 smartphone has been found successful in clicking images with a high level of detail. At the same time, the phone has scored very well in the texture category. It has also been said in the review that this Mi 11 smartphone of Xiaomi has also scored well in terms of noise. Luminance noise increases when taking photos in very low light, which this smartphone was able to reduce to a great extent. Its ultra wide camera performance scores have also come out better.

Talking about the low score of the Mi 11 smartphone, the Mi 11 has got a low score in zoom performance. One thing to note here is that this smartphone does not have a dedicated telephoto camera. The high native resolution of its sensor does not capture good quality images. In all, Mi 11 has received 127 points in the photo category. It has received 59 points in the zoom category and 107 points in the video category. Mi 11 is going to be launched in India on 23 April. It is expected that in this launch, the company will launch the Vanilla Mi 11, Mi 11 Pro and Mi 11 Ultra as well as the Mi 11i.
