Tipster Digital Chat Station leaked information that Xiaomi is currently working on a new phone, which will be equipped with a hole-punch cutout for OLED display and selfie camera. It will be located in the mid-range segment and this phone will include the sm7350 processor. It could reportedly be the undeclared Snapdragon 775G processor, which will be launched this quarter.
Tipster has also informed that the phone will have a 64-megapixel primary camera, with 5X zoom support. Apart from this, other information is still unknown. It could be a variant of the upcoming Redmi 40 or the Me 11 series. There are reports about Redmi’s 40 that it can be launched in this month itself and its price will start from 2,999 Chinese Yuan (about 34,000 rupees). According to Tipster, this phone can come with a sub-flagship processor, while the Redmi K40 Pro smartphone will be equipped with Snapdragon 888 processor. Looking at the name of the Snapdragon 775G processor, it can be guessed that this will be the successor of the Snapdragon 765G processor launched last year.
It may be the mid-range model of the Mi 11 series, with the possibility that it may be the Mi 11 Lite, which is rumored to be launched in March. It is only speculation from our side, maybe the company will launch it with a completely different name.
