Google Pixel Watch leaked renders suggest circular dial, expected to launch in October

Renders of Google Pixel Watch have surfaced online. The renders show the rumored premium smartwatch that could rival the Apple Watch Series 6 and Samsung Galaxy Watch 3 from different angles. The renders also show the wearable with multiple band color options and watch faces. As per the renders, the smartwatch doesn’t seem to have any buttons except the crown on the right side of the circular dial. The smartwatch has been reported to launch alongside the Pixel 6 smartphone in October.

According to to present or to show Leaked by tipster John Prosser, the Google Pixel Watch is codenamed “Rohan”. The smartwatch seems to have taken inspiration from Samsung’s and Apple’s offerings by including a wrap-around display and a crown, respectively. The renders show the watch showing a circular dial with several silicon band options, suggesting that Google may allow users to easily swap bands.

According to Prosser, Google will offer around 20 band options with the Pixel Watch, which he says could launch in October alongside the rumored Pixel 6 smartphone. In an episode of his YouTube show “Front Page Tech,” the tipster says the renders are based on marketing material he saw from a source at Google. He cooperated With Ian Zelbo for the renders. When it comes to specifications, nothing is clear yet. It is believed that the Google Pixel Watch will run Wear OS by Google, the company’s operating system for smartwatches. It could be equipped with a heart rate sensor and multiple sports modes.

Since Google recently closed the deal to buy fitness wearable company Fitbit, it’s possible that the rumored Google Pixel smartwatch will include advanced health features like blood oxygen monitoring as well as voice command support.
