Surprisingly “Superman” appeared during a speech by Chilean President Gabriel Boric. No, it wasn’t actually the Man of Steel, but a kid dressed as Superman that was filmed riding his bike around Mr. According to local outlet 24 Horas, the president was speaking after casting his vote for the constitutional referendum, but it was the guy who caught the attention of attendees. The video of this act of the child is going viral on social media.
The clip was recorded last week as Mr Boric was calling on the Chilean people to vote to support a new constitution, which was ultimately rejected by an overwhelming majority, news agency Reuters reported.

The president was talking to Josh, but the little kid in a red hat and blue superhero Hussey was cycling around him on a blue balance bike, as can be seen in the video.
After a few detours he pauses to listen to the President but then continues with his bike ride, oblivious to what was happening. His blue helmet was hanging from the handle of the bike.
The video has garnered over 1.33 lakh views on Twitter, and has left many users in stitches.
“At least something good happened today,” said one user. “Why aren’t we talking more about it?” made another comment.
According to Reuters, some 7.9 million Chileans voted against the draft constitution on Sunday, 4.9 million against it, a blow to the country’s 36-year-old president, who supported its adoption.
The vote has been regarded as a political thermometer for Mr Borik, who came into office in March promising economic and social reforms, though criticized for high inflation levels and economic uncertainty.
