The last remaining families in the Donetsk region have been asked to evacuate for the gradual advance of Russia.
Olena, from a town in the region, tries to save her four-year-old daughter from the harsh realities of the Ukraine war.
She said: “Sometimes I turn up the volume of the TV so that it doesn’t hear the gunfire.”
