Processor: Xiaomi Mi A3 has Qualcomm SDM 665 Snapdragon 665 octacore processor. Its 4 cores are of 2.0 GHz capacity and the remaining 4 cores are of 1.8 GHz capacity. The phone runs on Pie Android version 9.0.

Storage: Xiaomi Mi A3 phone will be available in two variants. One will have 64 GB internal memory available with 4 GB RAM. The second will have 128 GB internal storage with 4 GB RAM. Its memory can be expanded up to 256 GB with the help of SD card.

Camera: There is a triple camera installed in the back of the phone. One is a 48 megapixel wide angle lens camera, the other is an 8 MP ultrawide angle lens camera. The third one is a 2 MP depth sensor camera. LED flash, HDR and panorama features are also provided in it. The phone has a 32 MP front HDR camera.

Battery: The phone has a 4030mAh non-removable battery. It does fast charging of 18 watts which depends on the power of the charger adapter.

Display: The phone has a Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen. Its screen is 6.01 inches. The display has 720×1560 pixels. Gorilla Glass has been provided for screen protection.
