You may not like the summer season, but many people eagerly wait for this season because of mangoes. Mango is the fruit that is awaited throughout the winter. In a way, the most favorite fruit of everyone in the summer season is mango. Many people like to eat mangoes as well as drink its juice in this season.

Many people make excellent and tasty recipes with the help of one or two mangoes. But today we have brought for you an easy method of making papad from mango, which does not require much effort to make. You just have to follow the steps given by us.

Method

  • To make mango papad, first wash the mango thoroughly and dry it until the water dries up. Then mango peels Take it off.
  • Now take out pulp from it. Then take a big vessel, add mango pieces and 1 cup of water and keep it on the gas to boil.
  • Cover the vessel in this and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until the mango pieces become soft. Check the mangoes after 5 minutes. If the mango pieces have become soft, then turn off the gas.
  • Now cool the pulp and filter it with the help of a sieve. After this, remove the remaining mango fibers and filter it. use of mango pulp Do it.
  • Now add sugar, garam masala, black salt and red chilli and mix well. When the sugar and spices dissolve well in the mango pulp, cook again until the pulp becomes slightly thick.
  • Now place a polythene sheet on a plate or tray, pour the cooked mango solution into the polythene and spread it thinly. Then put the remaining pulp on another sheet and spread it.
  • Now dry the mango papad in the sun. When it dries well, your mango papad will be ready. Add black salt over it and serve.
