Method

  • To make Arbi Chaat, first prepare the ingredients mentioned above. Then peel the colocasia and wash it thoroughly.
  • After drying the arbi, fry it a little. After frying, take it out in a plate. now in the pot tamarind pulp Take it out and prepare a paste by adding some water.
  • Then add fried pieces of arbi in it. After this add salt, red chilli and cumin powder as per taste and mix well.
  • Now add tempering, mix well and keep the arbi to cool for some time. When the chaat cools down, sprinkle it on top. Lemon juice Add and serve.
