The Tata Altroz ​​Racing Edition gets a number of cosmetic changes, including a revised front profile with a sharper line on the hood. The main change under the bonnet is that it is going to be powered with an eTurbo petrol engine. 1.2 liter three cylinder turbocharged engine which generates power of 120 bhp and torque of 170 Nm. This engine option generates more power than its rival Hyundai i20 N Line. With this, the hatchback here becomes the most powerful and premium hatchback in the segment. Apart from this, it is going to be offered with six speed manual gear box instead of 5 speed manual gear box.

There has been no confirmation yet whether it will be offered with a six-speed dual clutch automatic gearbox.
