The company has told in its blog that users in India can search every information related to recharge with questions like 'prepaid mobile recharge', Google will now show you the plan on the result page after searching 'recharge', compare the discount. And will also recharge through mobile wallet or payment gateway of choice.

This feature is available only for Android users

To see the list of plans on Google, users will have to fill in the details in a form on the search results page. However, the new feature is only available for users signed in on Android and it also provides information about recharge plans of Airtel, Vodafone-Idea, Jio and BSNL prepaid users. The thing to be noted here is that if after typing only 'recharge' on Google's search page, information about plans is available on the result page, then you will have to search by adding other words like prepaid mobile recharge or Sim recharge in your phone.

Details have to be filled in the recharge section

After searching any of these words, you will see the mobile recharge section on the results page. Here you will have to fill information like your mobile number, telecom operator and circle. However, in some cases, Google will fill all these details automatically after just entering the mobile number. After this, users will have to click on the 'Browse Plans' option for all the information related to the recharge plan, after which Google will show you all the available prepaid plans. By choosing their favorite recharge plan from this list, users can recharge their phone through providers like Freecharge, MobiKwik, Google Pay and Paytm.
