A good variety of grapes is available in the market. Often people like to eat this seasonal fruit simply. In such a situation, if you are bored of eating ordinary grapes, then today we have brought three tasty recipes of grapes for you. With the help of these three recipes, you can make delicious sweets and jam from black and green grapes.

Grape Jam Recipe

  • To make grape jam, put grapes in water, wash them thoroughly and keep them aside.
  • Now place the grapes in a cutter mixer and add sugar and grind them well.
  • Filter the ground grapes and sugar through a sieve and place them in a vessel and place a pan on the gas to heat it.
  • Once the pan is hot, add the grapes and cook until it thickens and when the grapes reach the consistency of jam, turn off the flame and let it cool.
  • When the jam cools down, store it in a glass jar and the bread, Roti and Paratha Serve with.

Grape Juice Recipe

  • 1 cup black grapes
  • sugar as per taste
  • Water (as required)
  • 1 bowl ice water

How to make grape juice

  • Heat water in a pan, add sugar and let both cook.
  • Put grapes in water and sugar and let it boil. When the skin of grapes comes off, take them out in a plate.
  • After taking out the grapes from water, put them in ice so that the color remains intact.
  • Now remove the skin of the grapes, mash them and keep the pulp in the refrigerator for an hour to cool.
  • Now grind the pulp and skin in a mixer and serve in a glass garnished with ice cubes and mint leaves.

Grape Barfi Ingredients

  • one kilo grapes
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • Saffron
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
  • 1/4 cup cashew nuts
  • one spoon corn flour

Angoor Barfi Recipe

  • Put sugar, milk, water and cardamom powder in a pan and heat it on low flame.
  • After boiling, reduce the flame and grind the grapes and filter them in a bowl.
  • Add grape juice to the syrup while mixing it with corn flour.
  • Cook it until the grape mixture separates from the pan.
  • When everything is cooked well, turn off the flame and spread the mixture in a tray greased with ghee.
  • When the mixture cools down, cut it into desired shapes and serve.
