To power the Hero Splendor Plus Xtreme, it is powered by a 124 cc BS6 single cylinder air cooled engine. Which gives better performance along with mileage. This engine generates power of 8bhp at 8,000 rpm and peak torque of 8nm at 6,000 rpm. This is paired with a 4 speed gear box.
Hero Splendor Plus Xtec Suspension and Brakes
To keep the Hero Splendor Extract standing, telescopic hydraulic shock absorbers have been used on its frame and 5 step adjustable hydraulic suspension at the rear. And to perform the braking duties it is paired with 18-inch alloy wheels at both the front and rear ends along with drum brakes.
