How to make Arabi Kebab

  • First of all prepare the ingredients mentioned above. Also, soak the arbi in water and after about half an hour, rub it with your hands and clean the arbi.
  • When all the colocasia peels are removed, cut all the other ingredients and keep them aside. Keep these ingredients aside. Then add green coriander, almonds, green chillies, ginger and water in a mixer grinder and grind them finely.
  • During this time, keep the arbi to boil. When the arbi is cooked well, take it out in a bowl. Then mash the arbi and add black pepper, cabbage, onion, celery and gram flour and mix well.
  • after mixing it cinnamon powderAdd salt, powdered mixture and chaat masala and mix well. Apply some oil on your hands and make round kebabs from this mixture. Now put them in bread crumbs and coat them well.
  • When the arbi kebabs are coated, place a pan on the gas and heat the oil. After heating the oil, add the arbi kebabs and fry them from both the sides till they become crispy. After frying, take out the arbi kebabs in a plate.
  • then from above Spice Add and serve with green chutney. Surely hot kebab tastes very good with roti.
