  • For this, put half a cup of sugar in a pan. Cook it until it boils.
  • Add cardamom in water and let it heat on medium flame on gas. This will not burn the sugar. It will cook well. Besides, the aroma of cardamom will also come through it nicely.
  • Stir it with the help of a spoon until strings are formed. This is because it shows that the syrup has been cooked well.
  • After this, add food color to it and remove it from the gas.

  • For this you have to take gram flour in a bowl. Add food color and water to it and mix well. You use saffron color for this.
