  • 500 grams chicken
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • black pepper as per taste
  • salt as per taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds

How to make Duck Bulgogi-

  • First of all wash the chicken pieces. Keep in mind that breast pieces will be good for duck bulgogi. Remove excess fat from chicken.
  • Cut the chicken pieces into small pieces about 2 inches long and 1 inch wide.
  • Now prepare the marination. In a bowl add soy sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, honey, rice wine, finely chopped garlic, finely chopped ginger, Sesame oil And finally add salt and black pepper as per taste and mix well.
  • Put the chicken pieces in this bowl, mix well and then keep it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  • Heat a wok or pan on medium high flame. If you want to make it in open flame, you must have a grilling mat.
  • When the pan gets hot, take out the chicken from the refrigerator, place 4-5 pieces one by one in it and cook them on low flame. Make sure the chicken should be well caramelized on both sides.
  • When the chicken pieces become dry, spread the marinade on top and grill all the pieces in the same manner.
  • Take out the chicken pieces in a plate and garnish with sesame seeds on top. Your Korean Barbecue Chicken is ready. Enjoy it.
