  • Half teaspoon chilli flakes
  • Half teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt as per taste
  • oil for frying
  • 1/4 cup chopped capsicum
  • 1/4 cup chopped carrots
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion

  • First of all grate the paneer or crush it with hands in khichdi. Now it contains carrots, capsicum, onion, oregano, chilli flakes and Lemon juiceAdd and mix.
  • It has to be mixed well, so that all the flavors get mixed smoothly, then finally add salt in it. Mix it well again.
  • You have to keep its consistency such that small balls are formed from this mixture. If this is not happening then some water can be added. You have to press it well, so that it does not open before the time of frying.
  • You have to fry it. You have to fry it in hot oil, but keep the gas flame medium because if you fry it in high flame, it will immediately become golden from outside and will not get cooked from inside.

  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • Leftover Moong Dal Khichdi
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander
  • 3 to 4 tbsp- Ghee
  • Salt as per taste
  • Half teaspoon roasted cumin powder
  • Half teaspoon- Kasoori Methi

Method of making paratha from moong dal khichdi

  • First of all, put flour in a plate and add the remaining dal khichdi in it. After this add Kasoori Methi, roasted cumin powderAdd green coriander and knead.
  • Now keep the prepared dough covered for about 10-15 minutes, so that the dough gets set.
