Egg Appe Recipe

  • 1 cup idli batter
  • 2 eggs 1/4 cup rava
  • 4 spoons- green onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp- chili flakes
  • 1- Tomato (chopped)
  • 1- Onion (chopped)
  • Salt as per taste

Egg Appe Recipe

  • To make egg appe, first pour idli batter in a bowl and mix well. You can prepare the batter with the help of rice and water.
  • Now add 2 eggs to the batter and beat them well. Then add chopped tomatoes, chopped onions, green onions, salt as per taste and baking soda and mix well.
  • While mixing the batter, we have to take care that there are no lumps in it, otherwise the appe will not be good.
  • We will put the appe stand on this much gas for heating. When the stand becomes hot, add little oil in it, so that we can do the tadka.
  • When the oil becomes hot, add mustard seeds and chili flakes in it. When it starts crackling, add one spoonful of batter and cover the stand.
  • After 5 minutes, cook the appe from the other side and when it is cooked well, turn off the gas.

Spinach Corn Vada Pav

  • Pav Buns
  • Half cup- Garlic Chutney (Red Garlic Chutney)
  • 1-onion
  • 4 tbsp- classic mayonnaise
  • butter
  • 4- clove garlic
  • 2- Green chilli
  • 1- Onion
  • 1- inch ginger
  • 1 cup spinach
  • Half cup- sweet corn, steamed
  • 1 tsp chaat masala powder
  • 4- Potatoes (boiled and mashed)
  • Salt- as per taste
  • 1 cup- whole wheat bread crumbs

Recipe for Spinach Corn Vada Pav

  • To make Spinach and Corn Vada Pav, first of all, you Batata VadaOr prepare tikkis.
  • For this, heat butter in a pan and let it melt.
  • When it melts, add onion, garlic, ginger, green chilli and fry for a few minutes until the onion becomes soft and light golden in colour.
  • Add spinach to it. If you want, you can also add some mint leaves to it.
  • Cook it for a few seconds until it becomes dry and its moisture almost evaporates.
  • Add mashed potatoes and boiled sweet corn, chaat masala and fry for a few minutes.
  • Let the Palak Corn Tikki mixture cool. Make round balls of the spinach corn tikki mixture and keep aside.
  • Coat the Palak Corn Tikki with bread crumbs. Heat a pan, melt butter and fry the Palak Corn Tikkis until brown and crispy from all sides.
  • Be careful not to increase the flame as this will cause the tikkis to not cook evenly. Now comes the turn to prepare Vada Pav. For this, cut the pav buns in half.
  • Now spread herbed butter on the pan and fry from both sides until the surface becomes light golden and crispy.
  • Once the buns are cooked, spread some garlic chutney on one side and veg mayo on the other. Place Palak Corn Vada and some onion rings between the buns.
  • Your tasty Vada Pav is ready to serve.

Cucumber Sandwich

  • 1- Cucumber (finely chopped)
  • 1- Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1- Carrot (finely chopped)
  • 2- cube cheese
  • 4- Slices of bread

Cucumber Sandwich Recipe

  • First of all cut the corners of all four braids. You can also make sandwiches without cutting them.
  • After this, chop carrots, cucumber and onion finely. If you like corns, you can make the sandwich without cutting it.
  • You put the vegetables in the bread and sprinkle cheese on top. Do this with two breads and cover them with the remaining two breads.
  • You place the sandwich in a sandwich maker and grill it. Your sandwiches will be ready in 5 to 10 minutes.
  • You can serve these sandwiches with green chutney or Tomato Sauce And can be served with hot tea.
